information managed by EnviroManager includes permit type, issuing agency,
fees, issue dates, expiration dates, renewal dates, permit conditions,
permit restrictions, required tests and responsible permit manager.

includes a robust task management dashboard to track all compliance tasks
from task creation to verified task completion. The software minimizes
the risk of noncompliance by assuring that tasks are completed on time
or identified delays are addressed promptly.

The Chemical Materials Management Module tracks
chemical usage and provides users with data to produce EPCRA Tier I
and II reports. This information is managed in a way that allows users
to track purchasing and disposal of chemicals at any level of the organization.
The software also supports a chemical approval
processes if the organizations decides to issue and manage chemicals
centrally and share the product inventory information easily across
the organization. The software can then be used to help users quickly
determine the exact location of dangerous chemicals.
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Management
The purpose of a Material Safety
Data Sheet (MSDS) is to provide information about the hazards of working
with a chemical and procedures that should be used to ensure worker
safety. State and Federal law require that employers obtain an MSDS
for each hazardous substance they use and make the MSDS available to
employees.
EnviroManager
maintains Material Safety Data Sheets in data, image or document-based
format and makes them easily available to personnel using these chemicals.
Waste Disposal
Management
The Waste
Disposal Management module provides a tracking system that is used to
help organizations track hazardous materials storage. The software also
helps organizations create manifests and provide information that is
used to create State and Federal Annual and Biennial compliance reports.
Tank Inventory
This
module is designed to create and manage a complete inventory of all
tanks used by an organization to store oil or hazardous chemical materials.
Information
captured by this module includes historical information about each tank,
regulatory information, tank characteristics, tank protection features,
test results, tank age, tank status, closure information and much more.
PCB and Transformer Inventory
The Transformer and PCB Equipment Inventory
Module is used to create a complete inventory of transformers, capacitors
and other PCB containing equipment or containers owned or managed by
an organization. The software provides reports that satisfy the annual
TSCA inventory reporting requirements.
Asbestos Inventory and Management Module
 The
Asbestos Inventory and Management module is used for storing and presenting
the results of an organization-wide inspection of asbestos-containing
materials.
The
software can then can then be used in association with a written Asbestos
Management Plan to inform employees, contractors, and other individuals
about the locations of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). Having
this type of an inventory system in place reduces the likelihood of
unintentional exposure to hazardous asbestos materials.
Compliance Audit Management
EnviroManager software supports
internal and external compliance audits, ensuring that your organization
is staying on top of their important regulatory compliance requirements
and following up with any required corrective actions. The software
also includes a knowledge base of "Common Findings" so that
organization personnel can be made aware of common problems that need
to be managed and/or corrected on an ongoing basis.
EnviroManager

activities. The register records inspection results and findings,
and makes sure that inspections are carried out and completed in a timely
